The 6,000- to 7,000-seat venue in Reading, Pennsylvania, was only half full for the speech, a sign that Pennsylvania could be lost to Mr. Trump.

CNN reported that turnout in Reading was “pretty thin.” CNN also noted that crowds supporting President Trump were noticeable in both North Carolina and Pennsylvania..
Crowd size is not a predictor of election turnout, but the fact that people did not turn out to see Trump in two battleground states that could be his final rallies as a presidential candidate. Not a good sign.
