One of the first DIY herbal therapy I learned how to make it was tinky. Our family depends on simple recipes such as relaxation like chamomile tinker (and noisy baby!). However, I realized that it might be useful to give some general instructions about how to make your own chewing with herbal herbs.
All you need is a plant material, a mason bottle, and an alcohol for making your own plant. So what is a tinkle exactly? Unlike herbal teas, the tinker is used with alcohol to extract plant substances to make liquid concentration. They are stable shelves in the form of concentrated herbs.
Alcohol -based tinky agents last for many years over the year they were made and preserved. This is wonderful when your family is sick and you need to grab something quickly without making a fuss. I have some chews for my child. You can also use outside (including small ones) to quickly reduce general problems.
If you have purchased a tinkle from a store or online, we recommend that you make it yourself. They are very cheap and you can make them in a few minutes! The tinker is perfect for home pharmacists.
Tinkle without alcohol
In some places, we sell what is called “alcohol -free tinchi”. Since tinker can only be made on alcohol -based, it can cause confusion. If you want to avoid alcohol, a glycerin -made herbal glytherites is a good option. These herb extracts are not so powerful, not as long as true tinker, but they are good options. This is really the same for these “tinkers without alcohol”.
Glycerin is naturally very sweet, so children are usually like this!
Another option is to make herb vineger. Instead of using alcohol, use vinegar as a solvent. Again, the exact same chemical ingredients from the plants are not extracted with alcohol, but they work.
Some sources say that they drop tinker into hot water and evaporate alcohol first. However, only about 15 % of alcohol evaporates in this way, and in the process it has been shown to lose valuable volatile oil. If you want to avoid alcohol, your better option is to make herbal glycerit or vinegar.

To make a tinker, the following supply is required:

yield: 0
- Dry herb
- alcohol (At least 80 proof)
-
Fill the 1/3-1/2 bottle filled with dried herbs. If you fill half, the tinker will be stronger. Please do not pack.
-
Put alcohol in the rest of the bottle and leave a head space of about 1 inch at the top. Stir with a beautiful spoon.
-
Place the lid in the bottle. Store the bottle in a cool and dark place, shake every day, from at least two weeks to up to six months. (I usually leave herbs for 6 weeks).
-
The tinker is stripped via the mosslin cheese cloth and the herbs are composted. Store the tinky in a colored dropper bottle or a beautiful glass bottle.
As time goes on, alcohol may break the rubber with some glass dropper bottle lids. If you have kept tinker for more than a few months, you can store it in a glass masonja. Next, replenish a small dropper bottle with a liquid as needed.
How to use herbs
What do you do if you get a tinker? If you use a simple method for creating chinkles, the general amount of adults is 1/2 to 1 teaspoon up to three times a day. I usually give my child a 1/4 to 1/3 adult doses.
If you are using a more accurate way to create a chink wood, the dosage depends on the usable herbs and those who are taking them. It is necessary for you to consult with your herbist in your specific situation (or dig into a reliable resource).
You can also use tinker as a local linion (like a painful muscle). When my child was small, I put a few drops of digestion in their stomach to help gas and COLI pain. They are absorbed by the skin and can provide many of the same health benefits. Because it is alcohol, too much may dry out!
Who can use tinker?
Unlike OTC Meds, Chinese herbal medicines are not designed to fit everything. Generally, tinker is safe during all ages, pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, it depends on the herbs used, how many people use them, and what they use.
The gentle herbs such as Elderberry, Raw INGER, and Lemon Balm have a safety net that is much larger than herbs like anemone. This is toxic to high doses. Most of the dandelions, such as dandelions, can help stimulate digestion, but Elderberry supports the immune system. Be sure to investigate the herbs you want to use in advance and make sure it (or your child) is safe.
This is a general herb that is a great option for most people to start you, including some recipes below. I can’t give medical advice (and not), so consult with a natural medical provider before starting a new supplement.
Where to get the ingredients
Your back garden! Indeed, you can use plants from your own garden or use the “weeds” in the backyard. Also, Mountain Rose Herbs Starwest plant。 If you are looking for a plant, please identify the plant correctly before using it. The method of drying herbs is as follows.
Alcohol can be easily reached at any grocery store or liquor store. Organic alcohol can be difficult to find, but there are some excellent online sources. You can get Here is organic alcohol.
After that, only the glass bottle (like a mason bottle) and the glass bottle for storing the completed tinkki.
What kind of alcohol is the best thing for tinker?
Grain alcohol is a general option, but you can also find options without cereals like potato vodka. Most tinkers use 80 proof alcohol like transparent vodka. High proof alcohol (190 proof Evarria, etc.) is also very convenient.
Fresh herbs have a large amount of water, so they can be ruined faster with 80 low alcohol. The alcohol with 190 equipment is 95 % alcohol in volume, so it can be mixed at a different ratio from distilled water to get a specific alcohol. It is best to extract some herbs or plants at the ratio of various alcohol. A straight 190 alcohol is ideal for extracting volatile oil and resin.
