of Owning Manhattan The 40-year-old star has put Cohen’s two-story West Village home on the market for $14 million, marking the first time the Bravo exec’s home has gone on the market.
3,500-square-foot home renovated by interior designer Eric Hughes Architect Gordon Kahncurrently features three bedrooms, a nanny’s room and a dedicated office – though it could actually have up to five bedrooms depending on how the owners decide to lay out the home – as well as four and a half bathrooms, a study area, two wood-burning fireplaces and a bar.
The home office space is decorated with built-in wooden shelves and matching flooring. A gold disco ball sits atop the stairs leading to the room. The bar area leading to the living room similarly features a wooden aesthetic and has built-in shelves behind the counter. Inside the kitchen, bold blue cabinets are accented with gold handles.
Meanwhile, the master bedroom keeps things calm with its gray paint and hardwood floors. A fireplace sits centered in front of the bed with a TV mounted on the wall above it, while the master bathroom features white cabinets with marble countertops that match the tile floor, as well as double vanities and a large bathtub.
Natural light won’t be an issue as the home has 25 windows and breathtaking panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline from nearly every room.

“Maybe it’s you?” Serhant joked to Cohen, with the talk show host confirming the news.
