The Los Angeles County death certificate revealed Tuesday that Pamela died on March 5th from a gunshot wound that injured her head using a revolver.
Law enforcement sources said their family hadn’t heard of her at the time, so they went to check her out at her house – that’s where they found her.
Pamela was like that Pronounced dead At the scene by emergency teams. According to her death certificate, she was later cremated.
Pamela is best known for her roles in “Baywatch,” “Siren,” and “Night Rider.”
David and Pamela got married from 1989 to 2006. She survives with her two daughters and granddaughter.
