“I’ve always not been interested in skincare. I realized the importance of it after having a few kids up until my 30s,” she spills.
“Looking back, I hope I’ve become more keen on applying sunscreen and introduced Active to my routine in my mid-20s,” she admits.
Since then, Walsh has faced common skincare concerns such as hormone breakouts, hyperpigmentation, thin lines and wrinkles, creating an open solution for immersive facial spas in Los Angeles, California and Canada in 2019.
Currently, CEOs prioritize monthly facials with additional add-ons every six weeks.
“All-in is my one-stop favorite, including a range of physical exfoliation, ultrasound and other high-tech modalities,” she points out.

What’s the result? “Expect more skin texture, tone and elasticity. Over time, it beautifully builds a stronger, more elastic skin barrier. It’s about transformation, not quick fixing.”
“To me, skincare is not about beauty in the traditional sense, it’s not about vitality and health. … Time is one of my most important currencies, so it’s a skincare routine in the effectiveness and efficiency guide.
“I have become someone who needs a solid skincare routine, smooth mascara, and a bit of under-eye concealment.
