House Republicans didn’t like seeing Trump called, so they’re moving to blame Rep. Green.
Submitted by Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-WA) Privilege resolution It calls for Green to confuse Trump’s speech and denounce Green for violating appropriate conduct.

Showing a dear leader bad is not tolerated by House Republicans. Certainly, some of these same House Republicans confused Biden’s speech before Congress and took him away. Greene had far more respect for Trump than Marjorie Taylor Green and Lauren Beaubert had with Biden, but that didn’t matter. It is virtual certainty that House Republicans will move to punish Green.
Certainly, the government will be shut down in a few days and House Republicans still don’t have a solid date on when to introduce government funding bills, but punishing anyone who dares to talk is more important than small things like doing their job and keeping the government open.
