Love is a four-legged word! Gena and Chuck Norris sat at the ET before their 85th birthday on Monday, March 10th to reveal how healthy and vibrant the six dogs are.
First of all, couples can include four golden retrievers, one lab and one corgi in their activities at a ranch in Grimes County, Texas.
“We are always hiking and active, and our dogs are usually together for a trip. …I love walking through the sunset at the ranch with our dogs, our family and our guests we have after dinner together.
“Our dogs make sure we do a lot of exercise,” the actor adds.
In addition to maintaining health, the pair also maintain a balanced diet filled with nutritious foods.
“I enjoy snacks from time to time, like everyone else, but my main staple food is the various nutrients from five food groups. …Even as I enter a golden age, prioritizing fitness and nutrition is active for me. It’s important to maintain a healthy body and mind.
“Our own health has been transformed by making informed choices about our diet and exercise. …It’s very important for us to eat organic at all times, and there are plenty of protein-filled salads,” she says.
The two also prioritize supplying pets with high quality ingredients to their premium pet nutrition brands. Lonely wolf ranch pet.
“We often say we have to nourish our bodies with mindful choices and extend that care to our pets. …If our pets are thriving, it’s because we’re fueled to the best nutrition we can get, just like we do,” explains Chuck.
“Our intention is to strengthen these dogs with high quality natural foods and supplements and give them elastic supplements,” the model continues.
To round out their wellness routine, the co-founders take their time to watch a few moments with their families. Dogs are also included.
“My favorite time for me is when adults and grandchildren are wandering around with us in the evenings and sleeping puppies are watching good movies in the home theater where they spread around us. Sometimes you hear one snoring and Chuck needs to joke around, saying to his grandson, “That’s not me!”
What about Gena? “We can’t tell you how many times we’ve come home and our puppy has rejuvenated with the simple affection and excitement that brings us through the door,” she points out.
