Recently, this has become one of my go-to recipes Just like I do plantain, for sweet potatoes, Cassava, breadfruit, yum. the Classic meals enjoyed in the Caribbean. meanwhile Added fragments I prepared salted cod (It’s called salted fish)you can remove it and make the dish completely vegan if you like.

You need it…
3 pound sweet potato
1 teaspoon salt (Adjust)
1 tablespoon 1/2 olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Medium onion dice
6-8 cloves garlic (destruction)
1 teaspoon fresh thyme (leaf)
Two leeks (chop)
1/2 tsp black pepper
Prepared 1/2 cup salted fish (Tara)

The video explained that sweet potatoes can be peeled off in salted water for about 20 minutes or before or after boiling until soft. I decided to leave my skin on, but I cut each of the three into 2-3 pieces. Basically, you cut the edges, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the pan with water and salt. Bring it to a boil, then about 20 minutes later use a pairing knife to test whether they are fully cooked.


Drain and set aside before peeling and peeling. This is when you decide how big the pieces will be cut further.

Add oil and a full combo to a medium framed pan, followed by everything else (Excluding potatoes). Reduce heat to Med/Low and cook for 3-4 minutes.
