AT&T is currently experiencing an issue where customers are seeing “SOS” instead of the normal service bar.
“We’re working to address a software issue that may prevent some customers from connecting to our wireless network. Keeping our customers connected is our top priority, so we appreciate our customers’ patience while we work to resolve this issue,” AT&T spokesman Jim Kimberly said in a statement. The Verge.
