Cassandra Jenkins My Light, My Destroyer

Cassandra Jenkins has released a new album. My Light, My Destroyervia Dead Ocean2021 Sequel Outline of Phenomenal Nature The album includes previously released singles “Only One,” “Delphinium Blue,” and “Petco.” “Awe is a natural function that keeps us connected to nature,” Jenkins said of the album title. “Staying connected to awe, to light, is the best antidote to fear and the forces that try to control us with fear. Sturgill Simpson released his first album under the name Johnny Blue Skies. Passage du DesirOut now on Simpson’s High Top Mountain Records, the eight-track LP was co-produced with David Ferguson and recorded at Clement House Recording Studios in Nashville and Abbey Road Studios in London. Simpson had promised to release only five studio albums under his own name. Not having to stand behind my name means I can be more vulnerable in a way.”

Vol. 3 is the latest album from Webbed Wing, a Philadelphia band featuring Superheaven’s Taylor Madison on vocals and guitar, Jake Clark on drums, and Mike Paulshock on bass. What’s so funny?
