former home renovation Star Zachary Ty Bryan is once again in trouble with the law.
Multiple news outlets confirmed that the 43-year-old father of seven was taken into custody in Myrtle Beach on New Year’s Day.
Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and upon arriving at the scene, they determined that Brian had been involved in an altercation.

Details are still unclear, but it appears that some type of conflict occurred at Brian’s home on the first day of 2025.

The newspaper reported that Brian remains in jail, with bail set at $10,000.
TMZ said it has reached out to the actor’s representatives but has not yet received a response.
A history of ignoring the law
Sadly, this isn’t the first time Brian has been handcuffed in recent years.
In fact, he has been arrested three times in the last 18 months.
As TMZ reports, Brian was arrested on domestic violence charges in Oregon in July 2023.
Then, in February 2024, he was arrested in California for drunk driving and later charged with a felony.
And his rap sheet doesn’t end there.
In 2020, Brian was arrested for allegedly strangling his then-girlfriend.
He reached a plea deal in February 2021, allowing him to avoid prison time.
Brian divorced his wife Carly Matros in 2020. reportedly has been dating a woman named Johnny Fay since 2021, but it is unclear whether she was involved in this week’s incident.
