YouTube appears to be starting to roll out its Community Notes feature to a select group of users, as screenshots of YouTube’s official invitation to join a pilot program for the new Community Corrections feature have surfaced all over social media. 9to5Google.
YouTube first introduced the Community Notes feature in June, which allows viewers to post short descriptions that provide additional context or corrective information to specific video content. The Community Notes feature was launched ahead of the US presidential election.
