Tammy Slaton is open about her new relationship.
The 1,000-pound sister star, who suffered from the ultimate tragedy in June 2023, when her husband Caleb Willingham passed away, has officially returned there.
But she’s not on the market.
Tammy Slaton will be filmed.
“I’ve seen someone over the past few months and it’s been going pretty well,” Slaton says in footage from the show’s upcoming seventh season premiere.
She then drops this nugget into a clip. Released by People Magazine:
“The person I date is a woman.”
Such obvious things should not shock anyone who has been following Slaton for a period of time.

“I’ve been feeling like it’s time to start moving forward and start seeking love again, but this time I’m thinking about meeting a woman,” Tammy tells viewers in a season six article for The 1000-pound sister, adding the air.
“At the moment, I don’t want to be with another guy, and I don’t feel that’s just right.
It’s really like a sweet feeling. Tammy says he can’t imagine being with the man again after falling violently for his deceased spouse.
“I want to approach this relationship unlike the past, so I’m not telling my family because my family has something to say about it,” Tammy adds a laugh, adding to the aforementioned teaser.
“You know, my family probably have more opinions than anyone who hates the world.
The reality star continued on this personal topic:
“A few years ago I came out as Pansexual, but after Caleb passed, I don’t want to be with men anymore.
I’m guessing to know about the new season of the 1000-pound sisters.
Slaton has become quite slimmer as I first met her on TLC.
As can be seen in the photo above, the nature of cable networks has lost hundreds of pounds in recent years.
In a 2021 episode of the 1000-pound sister, she told her boyfriend at the time, Jerry, that she was pansexual and “everyone will date, whether they’re trans, straight or gay.”
Faced with backlash against this lifestyle choice, Tammy later told her social media followers she wasn’t the one to judge.
“Love is love,” she said. “Everyone deserves love whether it’s gay, straight, trans, pan, bi, non-binary, etc. I’m just a lover.”
What about how serious this new romance is? I certainly don’t know.
