Will Smith You might want to start preparing for the apocalypse…because he seemed to have the city to himself in the early hours of the morning, which got him thinking about “I Am Legend.”
The actor posted a video to Instagram, telling fans that he was reminiscing about the 2007 hit movie while walking around Zurich, Switzerland in the early morning hours because he didn’t see anyone else.
Smith explained that he was only in Zurich because his plane was grounded. It’s unclear why he was in Europe, but he said he needed to spend the night.
WS says it’s very quiet…the loudest sounds come from a particularly vocal crow, which he tries to silence and subjugate.
But at one point, Will’s voice cracks with excitement… because he goes wild at the sight of a particularly famous Swiss item. Watch the clip until the end to see the star fangirl.
Will will need to get back into the “I Am Legend” spirit soon, as a sequel is on the way, featuring some Hollywood hotties. Michael B. Jordan.
In a recent interview peopleMichael confirmed that he’s been working on a script with Will, adding that the film is progressing well.
Fans of the film know that Will’s character (major spoiler alert) dies in the original theatrical cut… but in an alternate ending on DVD, Will barely escapes with his life, and that’s the ending the filmmakers went with.
It’s not yet clear when the pair will actually be shooting the movie, but Zurich looks like it will make a great backdrop!
