With the Indian Premier League T20 cricket clash scheduled to begin later tonight, telecom operators have launched a customer-friendly plan to glue viewers to the screen.
Shortly after Reliance Jio, which launched its IPL plan on March 17th, both Vodafone Idea and Airtel came up with a new subscription plan that starts at £101 for VI customers and £100 for Airtel customers.
All plans come with a Jiohotstar subscription, the tournament’s official streaming partner.
The new recharge subscription ranges from VI to £101 to £399, while Jiohotstar mobile subscriptions are valid for 1 to 3 months.
With a £101 data voucher, VI customers get a 3 month Jiohotstar mobile subscription with 5GB of data. The £399 prepaid plan also gets unlimited calls, unlimited data from 12am to 12pm, 2GB of daily data, and a Jiohotstar mobile subscription that is valid for 28 days.
In the meantime, there is a £239 recharge plan that also offers unlimited calls and 2GB of data, along with a valid 28-day Jiohotstar mobile subscription.
Airtel has launched two new packs bundled with a free Jiohotstar subscription.
A £100 prepaid recharge will allow Pack users to get 5GB of data valid for 30 days and get a month of valid access to Jiohotstar. For £195, customers will get 15GB of data and receive 3 months of access to Jiohotstar.
The aforementioned Jio plan offers a 90-day free Jiohotstar subscription on TV or mobile. Both existing and new customers will be able to take advantage of the offer with a £299 recharge.
