The man who officers say has been arrested at the United Healthcare campus in Minnesota has just been identified… Only TMZ is filming the mug.
Law enforcement tells us Ian Stanley Wagner He was arrested Monday outside United Healthcare Headquarters and is booked to be accused of committing a threat of violence.

The FBI and Minnetonka police say Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis field office Monday morning and issued a threat of violence directed at United Healthcare facilities if certain requests were not met.
The Fed said, “There are no indications that individuals currently have specific complaints about United Healthcare.” It was notable from the CEO of UnitedHealthcare earlier this year. Brian Thompson Prosecutor claimed he was shot dead in New York City. Luigi Mangione I pulled the trigger.
The FBI says crisis negotiators spoke to Wagner over the phone…and officials of the FBI Task Force, which is working with Minnetonka police, helped him to detain him after he surrendered.
As we reported… the man claimed he had a gun, I asked for $1 million And he said he wasn’t alive. Officers say they recovered the firearm from his car.
The incident led to a massive police response to UnitedHealthcare HQ.
