Triple H has made a choice that will help WWE Smackdown continue to move forward. I feel like I’m inducted into the Hall of Fame. He made it clear that the incredible name is a genius and improves things dramatically.
In a recent episode of Sportskeeda Wrestlebinge’s Wrestling Time Machine Along with Mac Davis, WWE Hall of Fame Teddy Long spoke about the incredible choice Triple H made when selecting Road Dogg as co-headwriter for Smackdown. There have been some criticism after the news was recently broken to get the position, but for a long time they disagreed with it.
He said that the star-turned Booker is an incredibly hearted genius and made the right choice by choosing him to help Triple H write the storyline. He continues to talk about how the stars became as a person, and he also congratulates him.
“Road Dog is a genius when it comes to bookings. His brain is incredible and I think Hunter chose him, helping him with the storyline and helping him run the company. Lord Dog is a standout guy, a great guy, he is one of these people who tell you that he likes it. If he doesn’t like you, he will let you know that he doesn’t like you. And if he likes you, he will let you know. So I respect him because he’s a real guy. Congratulations to Brian James, man, I wish him a lot of success” (11:40 – 12:11)
It is still unclear what Road Dogg is doing in his new position, but there have been an interesting era so far, if Long’s comments are something to be judged.
