Former Pennsylvania quarterback trace McSolley is back in Happy Valley as an assistant quarterback coach for the 2025 season.

McSorley started 40 games for the Nittany Lions in the 2016-18 season. He played a total of 47 games with the Nittany Lions, threw 9,899 yards with 77 touchdowns (school record at the time) and 25 intercepts.
McSolley, now 29, was 31-9 as a starter for Pennsylvania.
The Baltimore Ravens selected McSorley in the sixth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. He spent time in six NFL franchises and appeared in nine games (one start) for the Ravens and Arizona Cardinals.
In the NFL, he completed 48 of 93 passing attempts for 502 yards with one touchdown and five interceptions.
