Trump Border Czar Tom Homan appeared on Fox News over the weekend to react to the murder of a woman who was burned alive by illegal aliens on the New York subway.
Homan put his name forward as a candidate for the state’s sanctuary policy, which allowed New York Gov. Kathy Hochul to stay.
He also pointed to how national policy prevents law enforcement from taking action before such events occur.

In an X post on Sunday, about eight hours after the incident, Hochul claimed that crime on New York City’s subways has decreased since the National Guard was brought in to alleviate the problem earlier this year. Last week, Hochul sent 750 National Guard troops to the metro to curb holiday crime…
“This is another example of an illegal alien killing an American citizen. Because of the government’s sanctuary jurisdictions and lax immigration policies, we have historic numbers of criminal aliens walking our streets. “This is now an almost daily occurrence,” he said.
