
The third Horizon Film Festival will be held on May 29, 2025 from 7pm to 11pm at the Perez Museum Miami (PAAM), along with a screening of Joseph Hillel’s documentary film. Koukekout (Canada/Haiti, 84 minutes) After partying will follow. PAAM is located at 1103 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida.

A testament to people’s resistance and courage, the film is an immersive portrait of Port-au-Prince’s Quatre Chemical Theatre Festival, an extraordinary group of artists who maintain it every year, whatever the cost.
Following a film and Q&A with director Joseph Hillel, we will continue the evening on the Bayfront Terrace for an afterparty with local DJs, community activations and live performances.
