Is Jimmy Fallon heading for a messy divorce like everyone else in Hollywood? !

Every night on TV, Jimmy is as cheerful and cheerful as ever. However, sources close to the comic say he deals with some major issues in his personal life.
Jimmy married producer Nancy Juvonen in 2007.
They welcome the two kids together, and Nancy is mostly on Jimmy’s side on the red carpet of the awards show and other public appearances.
However, sources close to the couple say their marriage is not as perfect as it looks.

The rumors began around the time a former employee accused Jimmy of creating a toxic workplace.

And the second insider suggests that in the middle of his night, Nancy may have led his family to demand that they move to the suburbs.
There is “no real, clear reason” behind the family’s decision to move to Long Island, but sources believe that is Nancy’s idea.
“Nancy and the kids spend the summer and a lot of weekends at Sagaponac,” says the insider.
Unfortunately, this move may not have been the intended effect.

A second source claims that Jimmy is a regular at several local bars and “always drink and get violent” during nights in town.
“He jumped on stage, sang, took photos, he wasn’t subtle,” the insider claims.
And their lifestyle differences reportedly created tension within Jimmy and Nancy’s marriage.
“Nancy has caused him to escape with murder in the past,” the second source points out.
“She partyed with him hard that day, and he always had a lot of freedom. But this is different and they’re never the same.”

The outlet claims that Jimmy did the necessary work to become a better husband and boss.

“Jimmy has implemented morale-boosting programs in the workplace, including staff dinners, group yoga classes, activities to regain employee trust, and particularly activities to regain what has been hurtful,” the source adds.
“He may have been upset about dealing with certain situations before, but he learns from his mistakes.”
It is possible that Jimmy’s PR team devised a story of his redemption. But in any case, he and Nancy are still married more than a year after rumors of divorce began.
