A brawl broke out during a Jackson State and Prairie View A&M baseball game in Texas over the weekend.
It all went down on Saturday after seniors Trenton Bush Hitting a walk-off RBI for the Panthers – the winner was celebrating on a second base, so the Tigers player sprinted from the left field to the huddle… and that’s when things got into order.
When the coach tried to break up the athlete, the Panthers player fell to the ground near 2 base… but he was eventually saved by his feet.
The two teams finally managed to separate… but the tension didn’t stop there. One Jackson State player launched the bat bush that he used to hit the game-winning RBI into the sky. Another player tried to square the Panthers, but fortunately the coach stepped in to stop the escalation even further.
TMZ Sports It is said that the Southwestern Athletic Conference has obtained Swift Action…and a total of nine players have stopped four games. Six games from JSU, 3 games from PV A&M.
Each school was also fined $20,000.
Despite the bad blood between the sides, they returned to the field on Sunday to close the series. The Panthers won the series with a final score of 9-5.
Neither side plans to head back to this calendar year.
