Pina Colada Recipe

material:
3 oz (85g) coconut cream
6 oz (170g) Fresh pineapple juice
1½ oz (43g) white rum
Crushed ice
Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (for decoration)
method:

Add coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum and crushed ice to the blender. If you don’t have a blender, you can use a cocktail shaker instead.

Mix and shake very well until the mixture is completely silky smooth.

Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.

Add fresh pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry decorations

Pina Colada claims that he first made a delicious drink while working at the Beachcomber Bar at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan in 1954, bartender Ramon “Monkeet” Marello Perez This is due to.

Another bartender, Ramon Portus Mingottoalso said he was the first to make Pina Coladas.
He says he was the first to make it while working at the Barakina Restaurant on Fortaleza Avenue in Old San Juan. And the restaurant is by his side – that The true birthplace of Pina Colada.
