FRISCO, Texas (CelebrityAccess) — The Academy of Country Music has announced that the 60th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas.
As previously announced, country music icon Reba McEntire will return as host of the ceremony, making this her 18th time hosting the event, making her the most decorated artist in the show’s history.
“We’re excited to honor and celebrate ACM Awards traditions year-round, surrounding our 60th anniversary show, which returns to Amazon Prime Video next May,” said Damon Whiteside, CEO of the Academy of Country Music. “Reba McEntire has hosted more ACM Awards shows than any other artist in history, and there’s clearly no one more suited to host this landmark show than her triumphant return for this year’s 59th show. Our 50th anniversary show in 2015 marked our Texas debut, and we’re thrilled to be returning to celebrate another important moment in ACM history. We look forward to welcoming the industry, artists and fans to Frisco, Texas next May for an unforgettable week of celebrations.”

Returning for its third year from the Ford Center, the ACM Awards will stream live on Amazon Music, Amazon Fashion, Amazon Freevee, Amazon Live and will be available on demand via Prime Video, Amazon Freevee and Amazon Music.
