of 2022 Cultural Landscape Report This is the culmination of a year-long global survey with 170 respondents across local, national and global organizations. From this research, the team extracted key insights into the aspects of organizational culture and climate that are associated with various performance outcomes, and the practices that drive day-to-day results.
Key findings from the study include:
- Only 57% of respondents in senior leadership roles said their organizational culture is evolving quickly enough to remain competitive.
- Outsourcing in HR will continue to grow over time, with 70% of responding organizations reporting that they outsource at least some HR functions. .
- Organizations that reported high turnover said the main causes were inadequate pay and benefits and a lack of continued investment in employee skills.
