I went to a great Greek restaurant in Belgium. What is the relationship with the salad dressing you might ask? I firmly believe in the smell and taste of solidifying my memory. Whenever I eat Greek food, I remember traveling in delicious Greek restaurants and Belgium.
They are memories that I don’t often remember, so I tried to reproduce the dishes I had at the restaurant since then. This tingling Greek salad dressing is one of those works. That night, I ate an incredible green salad with karama olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, lamb, chicken, and this vineglet. I also ate some roasted vegetables as a side dish with the same Mediterranean flavor.
This dressing uses simple ingredients for high quality taste! The exciting flavor of garlic, the smoothness of olive oil, and the sourness of red wine vinegar are melted together to perform perfect Greek dressing. It is much better than bought at the store!

How to use Greek salad dressing
I love making this as a topping for marinations, salads, fresh vegetables and roasted vegetables. It is also a wonderful marinade for cucumber and red onion salad. I often combine cucumber salad with this dressing and homemade Greek meatball. I am a big fan of how easy the stir -fry is and that they have a complete meal in one pot, so I can come up with a recipe for stir -fried Greece that my family is enjoying.
Salad dressing is perfect for traditional Greek salads and pasta salads with gluten -free pasta. Try it with vegetables such as chopped romain, dark green, cucumber and peppers. In addition, some chickpeas, mushrooms, and feta cheese are enjoyed as a mushroom salad.
