Ryan Garcia‘s ex-husband was given a restraining order in Los Angeles after accusing the star boxer of threatening her family … but the former couple TMZ Sports They are committed to talking and resolving issues peacefully.
Ryan’s estranged wife, Andrea Serena Berardewent straight to court last week and requested a TRO, accusing her superstar ex-husband of being increasingly out of control and erratic.
In the documents, Andrea alleges that Ryan showed up to a restaurant where she was eating with her brothers on July 19, caused a disturbance and threatened her brothers to get them to leave. She says Ryan followed her to her house and sat in her car outside for 10 minutes.
She also claims that Ryan sent her harassing text messages two days later, threatening to “kill” her brother if she didn’t call him.
Andrea alleges in the documents that Ryan texted her, “This is a f**king war… I want to kill your… brother. I can’t wait. I’m gonna kill him.” She also claims he texted her, “I’m gonna kill your dad and your brother at the same time.”
She claims she told Ryan she was going to get a restraining order, but he told her he wouldn’t because he was going to pay the judge.
Additionally, Andrea claims that Ryan has harassed her on social media and humiliated her in front of his many followers. She also claims that he has threatened to release a private sex tape of the two of them.

The order bars Ryan from coming within 100 yards of Andrea, her two children, her siblings, or her parents. He is also ordered to vacate his home and must delete or destroy any explicit photos or videos of Andrea in his possession.
However, it appears this order may be short-lived … because Andrea says she’s already contacted an attorney to inquire about having the TRO rescinded.
Garcia, 25, acknowledges he has had problems and made mistakes but insists he never had a physical relationship with his ex and that he loves his family.
If Andrea upholds the TRO, a hearing is scheduled for next month.
