A judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to hand over control of his Manhattan penthouse to Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss as part of a libel judgment against him.
A federal judge on Tuesday ordered former Donald Trump lawyer and New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani to give up all of his valuable assets and his Manhattan penthouse apartment to Ruby Freeman, a Georgia election official he defamed and is now indebted to. He ordered that he be turned over to the custody of Shay Moss. 150 million dollars.
Manhattan Federal Court Judge Louis Lehman said Mr. Giuliani must turn over ownership to the women and hand them over to a trustee within seven days. The judge’s order to surrender the luxury goods is quick and simple, but it transfers control of the penthouse apartment, which Freeman and Moss can sell for potentially millions of dollars.
Freeman and Moss are entitled to $2 million in legal fees requested by President Trump. The campaign remains beholden to Rudy Giuliani for the 2020 election. Freeman and Moss had their lives destroyed by Giuliani and Trump. That money cannot make up for the damage done to two innocent Georgia election workers.
Freeman and Moss said they have been intimidated by Donald Trump supporters for years, so what this money will do is provide them with a fresh start and security.
Giuliani owes Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss $148 million.
Although the two women will likely never know the full amount of their judgments, the fact that they have acquired millions of dollars worth of valuable property is a testament to the truth and the fact that they took it upon themselves to harm innocent civilians. It is a victory against those who abuse our position.
