Cook political reports: “With only three Democrats in the House majority, the party is looking for an opening to force Republicans to defend themselves. Their first election test will be next Tuesday, when voters will vote to fill two vacant seats in Florida.
“These two districts are one of the most conservative districts in Sunshine. President Donald Trump carried District 1, which was scored 37 points by Representative Matt Gates, who rode the scandal. He won District 6. 33 points.”
