Light to medium rain and thunderstorms are “very likely” in some locations in Ahmedabad on Tuesday, according to forecasts from India’s Weather Bureau (IMD). This could affect the IPL final between the RCB and PBK at Narendra Modi Stadium.
The IMD Weather News at 12pm predicted that Ahmedabad would receive a shower of moderate rain from light from June 3 to June 7th. Based on IMD data, light rain means 2.5-15.5 mm, while medium rain is expected to rainfall of 15.6-64.4 mm.
According to IMD, no alerts have been issued to the city, but it says that the possibility of rain in isolated locations in Ahmedabad is “very likely”. This means there is a 51% to 75% chance of light-to-medium rain or thunderstorms in Ahmedabad on Tuesday.
The weather agency said the city probably has a minimum temperature of around 26.0°C, but the highest temperature could settle at 39.0°C.
