Al Sharpton plans another shakedown

Notorious race fraudster Al Sharpton is not happy about the elimination of DEI programs.

Many companies, particularly Facebook and Amazon, have scaled back or eliminated diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives following Donald Trump’s return to the White House.

But Sharpton believes this represents a serious violation of civil rights and that his role in fighting back is as important as that of Martin Luther King Jr. or Rosa Parks.

“Why do we have DEl? We have DEl because you denied our diversity, you denied our equity, you denied our inclusivity. ” Sharpton said Tuesday at Metropolitan AME Church in Washington, D.C.

“DEl was a remedy against the institutionalized practices of racism in academia and business.”

“Now, if you want us back in the back of the bus, we’ll get back at King Rosa Parks,” he continued.

In a press release posted on social media, Sharpton said his nonprofit National Action Network would form a council to boycott the company.

“Over the next 90 days, NAN and its allies will establish a council to investigate which companies are evading DEl commitments and their profit margins,” he wrote.

“The two companies will then be subject to boycotts by Black Americans this spring, who McKinsey estimates will have $1.7 trillion in purchasing power by 2030.”

It remains to be seen whether blacks actually want to follow Mr. Sharpton’s proposed boycott.

Since taking office on Monday, President Trump has made repealing DEI initiatives aimed at limiting the number of white Americans with power and influence one of his many priorities.

On Tuesday he instructed He called for paid leave amid a plan to permanently lay off all federal diversity, equity and inclusion employees.

BREAKING: President Trump rescinds Lyndon Johnson’s EO 11246, which established affirmative action, and prohibits all federal contractors and publicly funded universities from discriminating on the basis of race, including DEI. signed an executive order.
