President Trump has only been in office for less than a day, but there are already calls for an investigation into his illegal and unconstitutional actions during the 2024 election period.

At least five foreign governments are paying a total of $2 million a month for the use of Trump World Tower facilities. And because these five foreign governments are currently paying Mr. Trump these monthly fees, Mr. Trump will be in violation of the Foreign Emoluments Clause from the moment he takes the oath of office.
