What about the expected results? “Clients usually see improved posture, improved muscle definition, stronger core, greater flexibility. …After all classes, stronger, longer, and connected to the body. …There is also a boost in confidence, mental clarity, and physical recognition.

To take your routine to the next level, Haggag suggests finding a healthy balance, including exercise and relaxation.

“People walk as much as you can, especially outdoors, and try low impact movements like swimming and yoga, combining Pilates with weight training. Rest is also essential. Your body needs time to recover and recover.
