Norway’s two largest dairy producers, Tine and Q-Meeriene, have already started using Bovaer in 2023 to reduce cow farts and reduce climate change emissions.
They began selling this product in stores as “climate milk.” However, this was not at all popular with consumers. So what do you think happened?
Dairy company Tine has stopped selling climate-changed milk and instead just mixes it with regular milk without telling anyone. So people are now unknowingly consuming milk from cows that have been fed toxic chemicals.
I’ve seen reports that Norwegian supermarkets are having trouble selling milk from cows fed Bobal and are being forced to sell it at a steep discount. Meanwhile, Bovaer’s free milk is disappearing from shelves.

“Demand for Q Climate Milk is not high enough to continue production… Q Climate Milk is no longer available for sale, so we are phasing out the use of methane suppressants in our cattle feed and suspending this project.” said president of the company.
