Days of Our Life: The battle for custody between Xander and Sarah begins

Xander Kiriakis faces accusations when Philip comes back to life
Xander is ready to fight criminal charges against him as he allegedly defeated his brother Philip by Pulp. Honestly, it almost died. It’s not even claiming – we all saw him do it. Titan The heirs briefly released bail.
And now, Xander is waiting for the next phase of the case, but Philip is still fighting for his life at the university hospital. But Xander and Philip aren’t the only ones in conflict. The custodian gets hot at DOOL’s university hospital
Xander doesn’t want to lose custody or visiting his daughter. At the hospital, Xander holds a pillow in Philip’s hospital room. This is some kind of fantasy sequence and I don’t think it’s that, but he’s not there to fluff it and put it under Philip’s head to make sure his brother is comfortable.
Xander may be pondering the murder to eliminate one witness against him, Philip. However, Xander appears to have a change of heart or be interrupted. Philip wakes up. His eyes are open. Kate, Sarah and Xander are in the room with him. What is Philip? Tell him when he wakes up? Does Xander cost at least the opportunity to have co-custody of his daughter?
Will Philip Kiriakis save or sink his father’s chances?
Sarah and Maggie hope that they will not see Xander see Victoria at all, as Philip’s be-hit and Xander have been charged with that crime. You know, he hasn’t been tried yet.
I don’t think Philip’s attack takes into account the custody case between Xander and Sarah. That’s because our leaker said that after Philip woke up he refused to refuse the charges against Xander. I’m really curious to see what that conversation will turn out.
Kate Roberts would be very angry. Philip could argue that he doesn’t remember who beat him, but it could be that Xander is still facing the accusation, especially if they tested blood with his knuckles. But again, Salem PD doesn’t have any real Sherlock or anything like staff.

The only clear path to removing a fee once is to say someone else did it. A random person who might have broken into his hotel room or something. He can say it was definitely not Xander. Philip can argue that it was a woman five feet tall, or someone who never matched an explanation that suited Xander.
Sarah Horton and Maggie will be in charge of the Kyriakis Mansion
Now, Sarah lives in a mansion with Maggie and Victoria. They drove Xander out of his own Kiriakis Family Mansion. He could probably force the matter, but he left without fighting his stepmother Maggie.
Essentially, after what Xander thinks he did to Philip (and we all know that he actually did), he is not welcomed at all by either his wife Sarah or her mother Maggie. Kate also has a police officer in a high alert telling him to stop Xander from being in Philip’s room. Honestly, it’s not a wise idea for Xander to go there. Because if his brother dies after the assault, he will become the top suspect. It would definitely kill custody hopes in addition to killing Philip.
Secrets, Lies, and Sarah and Xander’s Fallout
This is what our leaker told us. The gap between Xander and Sarah quickly widens. She always loves Xander, but Sarah doesn’t like the dark side of him that came back when he tried to kill Philip. If you remember, this is not the first time Sarah Horton has lied to Xander for his villain.
Honestly, that’s not Sarah’s worst lie either. When she became pregnant and gave birth to Victoria, Sarah initially didn’t want Xander to know that Victoria was their child because of his sinful ways. She was pretending to be Rex Brady (Eric Martsolff) at the time to be her baby dad. But in the end, Sarah falls into the truth and confesses.
Xander’s crime past and Sarah’s checkered history
Since then, Xander has been Victoria’s great father and Sarah’s good husband in all accounts. But since Philip returned it was a real struggle The day of our lives. If the gun Xander handed him over was loaded, I think Xander would have shot Philip in the face. So it seems doubtful that Xander will do well in the case of custody of Sarah.
But you never know. But it’s a hell far better than Xander’s past. He had a criminal history, multiple felony and a prison break, and he was a henchman of Dimera. It’s not a beautiful resume. His arrest for attacking Philip would not look good even in the family court.

But if Philip does what our leaker says and refuses to file charges, Xander will likely take a break. Our leaker also said that in regards to the split between Xander and Sarah, Philip is lying to Xander, cheating him from half his inheritance and accusing him of putting Sarah in such a harsh position. We hear that Philip is determined to reconcile with Xander and build an honest, authentic brotherhood bond between them.
New alliances and shifts at Dool
From there, Philip Kiriakis will become an advocate. He intends to make it his mission to bring together what he has broken and reconcile the marriage of Xander and Sarah. It’s not instant. There are obstacles. Brady is planning to get closer to Sarah. Scheming Ex, Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) from Xander will be in town in just a few weeks. But I’m confident in Philip. Maybe if he can heal them, Sarah Horton and Xander don’t have to tear each other apart in the custody court, fighting the adorable little Victoria.
