OT7 kicks a new 7-7 season in a star-studded tournament
OT7 As the first week of the 2025 schedule begins at Lone Star State, we are heading towards this weekend’s new 7-7 season.
This season, 18 teams will compete in a newly structured OT7 format over the weekend for four weeks. After a four-week regular season, a new Golden Ticket Tournament will open a few doors for other 7-7 programs to punch tickets for the OT7 Championship, which will be held in Florida from June 26-29.
The first week of the OT7 7-on-7 schedule begins on Saturday at the Dallas College Mountain View Campus. rival Coverage is available throughout the weekend.

2025 OT7 format overview
The 2025 edition has 18 teams in the OT7 field.
Week 1 works C1N, City Repentance, Cold Heart, Flow, Hellstar, Midwest Boom, South Florida Express, RG3 takeoverand Tucson Turf. Other 7-7 programs scheduled to compete this season include California Power, Coastline Star, Defcon United, Level 82, Lo-Pro, Raw Miami, Team TOA, and the Trouton Boy.
The team competes in two of the four regular season weekend tournaments, playing in a total of 10 games during their first month in Dallas.
Week 5 has been added in the form of Golden Ticket Tournament. A two-day competition will be added for non-field teams in the regular season from April 12-13 in Dallas to punch tickets to the OT7 Finals held in Florida from June 26-29.

skinny: One of the perennial forces in this field, the boom has to provide a lot of firepower in the offense behind Williams, committed by USC, rival No. 7 QB in the Rivals250. Alston, the top 10 CB in next year’s recruitment cycle from Ohio, is one of the many Midwest-based prospects on either side of the ball due to this long-standing power.
