Employee Health Benefit Management Platform Collective Health is partnering with Noom Health, a digital healthcare platform and weight loss company Noom’s Enterprise Division, to offer Smartrx, an Enterprise Weight Management Platform with a GLP-1 drug program integrated with Collective Health + Noom Med.
The partnership combines Noom’s Digital Health Management platform with Collective Health’s benefits management infrastructure with personalized care navigation. The aim is to provide uninterrupted tools and member experiences for weight management, and to expand access to GLP-1 class medications and other anti-obesity medications.
Collective Health acts as a third-party health benefits manager, bringing the various benefits of businesses, including medical, dental, visual and pharmacy, into one platform, allowing employers to manage what they provide while helping them navigate their healthcare.
The platform also provides employers with insights to control costs and enhance health outcomes.
Noom Health connects people to content, coaching, the community and clinicians with the aim of providing access to critical medications and promoting sustained positive behavior.
Population Health using SMARTRX + Noom Med’s key features include the cost sharing level of personalized members of GLP-1 drugs, which provide predictable and manageable costs, GLP-1 prescriptions appropriate for qualified customers, and Pharmacy performance including delivery of branded drugs.
