It’s the end of an era! Last weekend, Taylor Swift capped off what she called “the most thrilling chapter of my life to date” with a historic performance in Vancouver. Elas tour. She took her final bow in front of 60,000 fans, performing five sentimental songs that she said “summed up the feelings of tonight.” Taylor’s tour became the first tour in history to gross more than $2 billion and sold out more than 10 million Swifties in total. ET has also learned that Taylor has given out $197 million in bonuses to everyone on tour. As she said on her final night, the tour “created a space filled with joy, togetherness, and love.”
Taylor has been busy this week as she approaches her 35th birthday. Taylor took time this week to visit Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, chatting with patients and taking photos and videos. Taylor also dominated the 2024 Billboard Music Awards, making history with 10 wins, including for top artists, and a career-high 49 wins.
Also last weekend, stars took to the stage in Los Angeles. Jingle Ball 2024 on iHeartRadio 102.7 KIIS FM Presented by Capital One. Shabuzy opened the stage with his hit song “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” Paris Hilton brought the crowd to its feet with a DJ performance, and Benson Boone donned a Santa-inspired rendition of “Beautiful Things.” SZA also performed hits such as “Kiss Me More” and “Kill Bill” to close out the night.
Yesterday, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith hosted the 11th Annual TDE Holiday Charity Concert and Community Celebration with performers SZA, ScHoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Doechii, and more. There will also be a Give Back Day, which includes toy giveaways, raffles, youth sports programs and more. Sponsored by TDE’s philanthropic arm, Top Dawg Love the Kids, the event has become a holiday tradition for Nickerson Gardens residents and members of the surrounding LA community.
Earlier this week, Bunny XO spoke with Dolly Parton. dumb blonde Podcast. Dolly talked about her childhood and family life, and where she got her work ethic and creativity from. Dolly also talked about how she became confident in performing, discovered her ability to rhyme and write sentences at the age of eight. Dolly also opened up about her husband of 58 years, Carl, saying, “He’s a nice guy. Metallica holds annual All Within My Hands Helping Hands Concert & Auction December 13th at the YouTube Theater in Los Angeles. This year marks the foundation’s fourth benefit concert, which aims to address issues such as hunger and workforce education and build sustainable communities. Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, Sista Strings and Sammy Hagar & Friends will open the show, with expected talent including Jason Momoa, Jeff Ament, and Tom Morello.
