In the same Instagram post, she shared where her journey actually began and how she became successful.

She admitted that she has since tried “different recipes” and tried new restaurants that “meet my needs.”
But the biggest reason for her success is her husband, Tony Padron, who has “helped and encouraged” her to lose weight. In fact, he was even working on it with her.
Fans are concerned about her weight loss method

How much weight has Mykelti lost?
It’s been a few years since she shared her current weight, but when she spoke with fans in February, she was nearly 100 pounds lighter.
“I currently weigh 160 pounds and I’m not done yet!!!” she said. “It’s time to start building muscle.”
And wouldn’t you know it? She’s not done yet!
“My long term goal is to live long enough to keep up with my kids as they grow,” Mykelti concluded in her lengthy caption. “I have more energy, stamina and feel better than ever.”
