The new My Hero Academia movie is coming out in just a few months. My Hero Academia: You’re NextThe film is set to be released in Canada and North America. The film has already started its theatrical release in Japan. Fans will have to wait a little longer, but they can pass the time with a new trailer full of exciting clips.
The film is set between seasons 6 and 7 of the anime. My Hero Academia: You’re NextIn it, a new villain threatens the world, and our young heroes must join forces with their idols to save it. Interestingly, the film depicts what would have happened if All Might had been the main villain.

Known as Dark Mite, this foe created a persona based on a warped view of popular hero All Might. My Hero Academia: You’re NextIn it, we see a number of scenes where Dark Mite fights the students of Class 1-A, and there is also a clip featuring a young girl who appears to be being held captive by Dark Mite, although her purpose in the story is unclear at this time.

For those listening to the film in Japanese, the cast includes Daiki Yamashita (Yowamushi Pedal) Deku’s role: Nobuhiko Okamoto (Blue ExorcistDynamite role: Yuki Kaji (The Heroic Legend of Arslan) Shoto, Sakura Ayane (Typical quintuplets) will play Uravity, and Kaito Ishikawa (Haikyu!!) will appear as Ingenium. In addition to the familiar popular characters, Mamoru Miyano (Chihayafuru) and Ai Ikumi (I can see love!) will be appearing My Hero Academia: You’re Next Two new characters will be introduced: Giulio Handini and Anna Scervino.
