On a recent broadcast of her MSNBC show, Joy Reid compared the ads Republicans ran during the 2024 election to what the Nazis did during World War II.
Is it any wonder that the president of MSNBC is reportedly considering leaving the network in the new year? This is a company that could afford to go out of business.
The fact that Ms. Reid cannot understand why these ads were so effective only emphasizes the fact that she is completely out of touch with the general public. People are tired of this issue being forced into every aspect of their lives, especially those that involve children.

You never expect MSNBC’s Joy Reid to be a calm voice of reason, but even by her standards, her Wednesday edition of The ReidOut was off the charts. Reed said the Tennessee law currently being challenged in the Supreme Court prohibits so-called “gender-affirming care” for minors and is part of a Nazi-like tradition of targeting transgender people. It is said that it is a department.
At the beginning of the related section, Mr. Reid lamented as follows: “America is grappling with many issues, from food prices to gun violence, the No. 1 cause of death for children and teens, but the only issue Republicans have successfully capitalized on this year’s election is transgender Fear for the community. Republicans spent at least $215 million on anti-trans TV ads, most notably by the Trump campaign.”
Still, Mr. Reed offered yet another, even more ridiculous analogy. “In fact, an estimated 3 million children have been exposed to gun violence, more than the total number of transgender Americans of all ages. Targeting transgender people is not new. This is an old tradition, dating back to the 1930s. The Supreme Court has refused to do anything about weapons of war in schools, but today Tennessee’s gender affirmative action on minors has led to brutal violence in Nazi Germany. There seems to be a tendency to support banning such care.

Americans have drawn a line in the sand with this election. They don’t want their children to be indoctrinated into the transgender movement by schools, Hollywood, or the U.S. government. Reid just can’t accept this.
