Motivity Labs, a subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Ltd, has won a $6 million contract announced on February 12, 2025 with one of the world’s largest technology and data center conglomerates.
Magellanic Cloud Ltd shares rose £2.55 or 3.67% on the NSE today at £71.97.
The agreement will focus on data engineering, advanced data analytics, and generation AI initiatives. The agreement represents a major expansion for IT services companies operating throughout India, the US and Canada.
Krishna Prasad Vyakaranam, CTO at Motivity Labs, said its value proposition utilizes next-generation digital capabilities such as generator AI, agent AI, data engineering, real-time analytics and ultra-automated.
The Hyderabad-based company has been operating for over 15 years and serves multiple sectors including BFSI, hospitality, healthcare, communications and automobiles. It claims there is a workforce of over 1,600 professionals serving more than 100 clients, including several Fortune 1,000 companies.
Motivity Labs has previously been recognized as one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States for the fourth consecutive year. The company continues to seek opportunities for inorganic growth and strategic expansion in AI-driven solutions.
