Today, Merrick Garland held a pep rally for staff at the Department of Justice (DOJ). Why now? Because two days ago we heard President Donald Trump criticize the weaponization of the DOJ and Kamala Harris had no response. Trump clearly won that exchange and Swamp now has to clean up her mess.

During the debate, the ABC moderator interrupted Trump’s response on illegal immigration crimes to push aside fake FBI statistics that Trump ignored. In her response, Harris brought up Trump’s indictment instead of talking about immigration. Trump explained that the cases against him were all fake, unsuccessful, and engineered by Garland and the Biden-Harris administration. Of course, we know this is true. But Harris’ final non-response… Donald Trump It would weaponize the Department of Justice.
They are indicting themselves.
But the Harris team’s strategy, and its instructions to Garland, is clear: hold Trump accountable for what Kamala Harris and Joe Biden are currently doing.
Frankly, it would be tough to be a Biden and Harris employee. You might be asked to violate agency rules and raid a former president at dawn, but turn a blind eye to a much worse legal situation involving Joe and the classified documents in his garage. You might be asked to spy on your neighbors at church or school board meetings. You might be asked not to prosecute actual crimes involving immigration, opioids, or Black Lives Matter, but you might be asked to prosecute an old lady praying on the sidewalk.
Going to work like this every day would surely be demotivating.
So what if you file a complaint? What if you follow the rules, but complain to the Inspector General, or to Congress, or to your boss? Forget it. If you violate the law, you can lose your job, be suspended without pay, be sidelined, or have your security clearance revoked. That’s what happened to Marcus Allen, Steven Friend, and so many others under Garland and Harris.

This is unacceptable.
While Harris and Garland are using their platforms to gaslight America and say they are “proud” that the Department of Justice is “independent” and free from “political interference,” let’s ask ourselves: Who is truly politicizing the justice system?
Who is bussing tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of illegal immigrants into our cities just to get votes? It’s not Donald Trump, it’s Kamala Harris. Harris and this administration are responsible for the tragedies that are happening every day at the border.
Who is refusing to say the names of Laken Riley, Rachel Morin and Jocelyn Nangaray because it is politically expedient? Not Donald Trump, but Kamala Harris.
Who raised the money to keep Minnesota’s violent criminals out of prison? Not Donald Trump, but Kamala Harris. The same California soft-on-crime policies she brought to her state are dividing our cities, even in deep red rural areas of battleground states like Pennsylvania, Nevada, and Wisconsin that she likely wants to target.
Which Department of Justice is sending letters to county clerks and secretaries of state across the country threatening prosecution if they get too aggressive in protecting elections? Not Donald Trump’s, but Kamala Harris’s. Just last week, Garland threatened states that clean up their voter rolls under federal law. This is not a myth.
Which Department of Justice has failed to investigate election problems across the country, from election technology being widely open to foreign access and control, to ballots being mailed out without proof of citizenship? Not Donald Trump’s, but Kamala Harris’s.

And who is the Department of Justice that has allowed drug prices to soar while spreading fake news about consumer protections? And who voted to pass the inflation-busting bill that eliminated 21 drugs from Medicare Part D, caused double-digit premium increases, and is scheduled for even bigger hikes in 2025? Not Donald Trump, but Kamala Harris.
America is at a crossroads, and while Merrick Garland is right to be concerned about the politicization of the Justice Department and the federal government, he and Kamala Harris may need to do some soul-searching.
