Making mac and cheese

Tips and tips
- If you can’t find fresh lobsters, or if you don’t want to send live lobsters to boiling water at home, Costco and other grocery stores will carry frozen lobster meat wrapped in a freezer section. Some supermarkets steam lobsters for a small fee or for free. Ask your local seafood counter.
