According to the update, LinkedIn users will no longer be able to schedule new audio events starting December 2nd. Audio events that were already scheduled before December 31st can continue as planned. Starting this year, audio events will be completely unavailable, so any audio events scheduled after that date must be rescheduled by December 15th.

Ending an audio event on LinkedIn

LinkedIn launched Audio Events in 2022. This feature was Twitter’s answer to its Spaces feature or social network for business professionals. club house App. Audio-only streaming platforms have become extremely popular during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. According to LinkedIn’s announcement, the company is simply “integrating” audio events with features from LinkedIn Live. However, the platform’s live streaming feature, LinkedIn Live, requires users to stream through a third-party service.

The live streaming functionality of the LinkedIn Live platform requires you to use a third-party streaming service. With the end of the audio event, LinkedIn will also be ending the native streaming service on the platform.
