1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and garlic.
3. Mix broccoli and cheddar cheese.
4. Pour mixture into prepared pie dish and bake for 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
5. Remove the quiche from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
