Family Kaylee Goncalves Angry at the plea deal offered to accused murderers Brian Coberger …and they’re taking shots to the prosecutor.
The Goncalves family told TMZ: “The death penalty is merely an illusion of the criminal justice system. If available, it serves as a state negotiation tool and, if rarely applied, it is not enforced due to a highly inefficient appeal process.”

As we reported… Kohberger pleads guilty It would be four counts of first-degree murder, but the prosecutor removes the death penalty from the table and recommends life without the possibility of parole.
