Sleepy Joe needs more sleep.
At least, that’s what the sitting president reportedly told Democratic governors on Wednesday.
The president has been desperately trying to shore up support since his disastrous debate defeat against President Donald Trump.
Biden’s behavior has been so bad that even the liberal media has started calling for him to step down.
At least one current member of the House of Representatives has also taken similar action, and there are reports that House Democrats are preparing to urge Biden to do the same.
As this happens and questions arise about Joe’s abilities, He told Democratic governors He needs more sleep so he won’t be attending any more events after 8pm.

Joe Biden calls for permanent closure
As part of his desperate efforts to remain a candidate (and in power) for the 2024 presidential election, Biden has spoken to allies to assure them he still has the right qualifications.
In a show of strength, Biden gathered 20 state governors at the White House.
This reportedly did little to ease concerns that Biden would be unable to 1) continue to run the country, 2) run a successful reelection campaign, and 3) run the country for another four years.
A White House spokesman criticized and defended Biden’s actions. Kevin Munoz said, “President (George W.) Bush went to bed at 9 o’clock and President (Barack) Obama cooked dinner at 6:30. Normal presidents have a balance, and Joe Biden does that too. He’s not as strict as Donald Trump, who spends half his day ranting on Truth Social about his plans to cause an economic recession and the other half playing golf.”
With just a week until the debate, the Democratic Party seems to be at a stalemate: a stubborn president who doesn’t want to go, and Democrats who technically can’t invite him to the debate.

Let’s face it
This highlights a point I want to make about the presidency: Americans should not treat the president like our top celebrity, or our caretaker, or our mother telling us how to feel after a local tragedy.
The President is just the executive branch. He is the highest official. He is supposed to carry out the laws passed by Congress. That’s it.
But more than that, Americans need to understand that under our current system, it is actually impossible to become president.
Do you know how many federal employees there are? As of the end of 2022, there were 2.87 million.
Sorry to say this to you executives, but these organizations are too big to be “run” by individuals, and that’s just federal government employees and bureaucrats.
Now, think about the other duties currently expected of a President. We expect the President to not only be aware of every hot spot on the planet, but to be an expert on it. We expect the President to be able to “control the money supply” (lol). We expect the President to be the Commander in Chief of millions of soldiers and private contractors. We expect the President to be an expert on the housing market and to “solve” problems in that market.
All of this is complete bullshit and has nothing to do with Joe Biden. It doesn’t matter how many “experts” give the president a 10 minute crash course on some subject. Stephen Hawking is probably the smartest man who ever lived, but there was no way he could have been smart enough to handle such a gigantic device.
What I am saying is that the expectations we (i.e. society as a whole) have of one of our government officials are laughable. impossibleIn economics, this is called the “knowledge problem,” but in the case of the presidency, it’s supercharged with rocket fuel and tipped with a nuclear bomb.
The solution is not to put the “right” people there, Better Personality certainly makes some difference: Donald Trump is one of the most famous CEOs of all time, but look at what bureaucrats and planners did during his presidency.
The solution is to stop treating the president like a celebrity babysitter and make the government do its constitutional duty.
