Jill Duggar and her husband opted for something a little lighter and more subtle about racism this Halloween.
After going candy shopping with her kids on Oct. 31, Duggar shared a photo of herself and Derick Dillard in their outfits on her Instagram Story.
As seen below, Jill was dressed like a garbage man.
Derrick was dressed like a garbage bag.
You may have to follow closely here and respond fairly well to current events and presidential elections, but…
Donald Trump wore exactly the same kind of vest as Jill at a recent rally.
He spoke after a comedian named Tony Hinchcliffe called Puerto Rico a “floating island of trash” in a speech he gave at Madison Square Garden as part of an event honoring Trump, which was later attended by former President Donald Trump. That’s what I did.
Trump wore a ridiculous outfit after Joe Biden made a remark that suggested to some that he was categorizing Trump supporters as: garbage.
There’s certainly a lot here. It’s a lot to decipher and grapple with.
But just as it seems hard to believe that Duggar didn’t intentionally dress like Donald Trump, it’s equally hard to believe that she and Dillard didn’t say they had to take out the trash. sea bream.
In this case of racism, the trash is residents of Puerto Rico (they are US citizens!) and/or immigrants of various kinds.
Is anyone really shocked to learn that Jill Duggar is on Team MAGA?
Meanwhile, on Reddit, users had a lot to say about these customers.
“I mean, it looks like they got the costumes right. They definitely vote trash and have trash beliefs. So accurate,” one person wrote, for example.
Another sarcastically called the couple ‘classy’, while another added:
“I think their Jesus is really proud of them.”
So you could be way off base here. Jill and Derrick may just be big fans of the sanitation workers who do such important work in this country.
But come on, do you really think so?
