Rape accuser wants to be sued against her

The woman who criticized Jay-Z and Diddy Rapeing her when she was 13 now takes legal action to try to dismiss the lawsuit filed against her.
Jay’s accuser who first sued him for rape as Jane Doe filed new legal documents on Tuesday, dismissing a defamatory loss lawsuit filed by the music mogul against her and her lawyer. Tony Buzzbyin Alabama.
In the new legal document obtained by TMZ, the woman is therefore privileged to argue that Jay Z cannot sue her claims because she made them in court documents… She added that her interview with NBC is based on her claims in court documents.

The woman now hopes that Jay-Z’s case will be dismissed for bias. This means you cannot submit it again.
Buzbee previously filed a complaint to file Jay’s lawsuit against him… claiming they had hit the deal, Jay’s camp previously told us it was fake.
In her claim, the woman makes a similar argument regarding dismissing her case in response to alleged contracts.
